Your Responsibilities
Property & Technical Management
- Act as the main point of contact for the overall building management across the Belgian scope
- Interface with property managers, landlords, and participate in general assemblies
- Prepare, monitor, and control property budgets and CAPEX
- Oversee technical contracts and utilities providers
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Implement and manage the Group preventive maintenance plan
- Diagnose technical issues and coordinate internal and external interventions
- Plan, monitor, and ensure quality control of repairs and projects in operating hotels
- Maintain a strong on-site presence across hotels
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory HSE standards
- Organize and monitor mandatory regulatory inspections
- Maintain safety records and coordinate with prevention stakeholders
- Raise awareness and support operational teams on HSE topics
Suppliers & Insurance
- Select, evaluate, and manage a portfolio of technical service providers
- Act as the technical point of contact for insurance claims related to buildings
