What We Expect From You

  • Guest Services:
    • Welcome guests on the phone and in person.
    • Take reservations over the phone and for walk-ins.
    • Listen to guests in case of a dispute.
  • Safety & Teamwork:
    • Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
    • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Front Desk Management:
    • Build guest loyalty.
    • Keep the reception area clean and tidy.
    • Manage arrivals and departures.
    • Handle billing and process payments.
    • Keep guest contact information up to date.
    • Verify daily arrivals and room assignments.
    • Be responsible for your cash register.

Your technical skills

What You Bring to the Role

  • Experience: Prior experience in the hotel industry, preferably at the front desk.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a natural talent for customer service.
  • Autonomy & Adaptability: The ability to work independently and manage unforeseen situations.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in foreign languages, especially English.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Lean principles.
