• Perform in-room interventions (carpet stains, pillows, remote controls, etc.).
• Handle customer requests for in-room services.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments.
• Guarantee optimum service quality.
• When necessary: prepare clean linen trolleys, refill linen closets with clean linen, check linen stock levels, etc.
