Role Purpose
The Head of Commercial Performance & Market Intelligence supports executive decision-making by delivering global performance analysis, market intelligence, and forward-looking insights that drive commercial strategy and executive decision-making across the Group.
The role plays a key part in strengthening the Group’s data-driven performance culture and identifying revenue growth opportunities.
The role reports to the Commercial Growth & Strategy Director.
Main missions
1) Commercial Performance
• Monitor and analyze global commercial performance on a daily basis (revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market share, channel mix)
• Identify performance risks and opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
• Prepare and lead monthly business reviews to guide commercial and strategic decisions
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses to global and regional commercial leadership
2) Market Intelligence
• Lead global market intelligence activities using internal data and external benchmarking sources (e.g., STR, MKG)
• Deliver forward-looking market insights on demand trends, geographic dynamics and competitive positioning
• Translate market intelligence into actionable growth strategies
3) Forecast
• Oversee the consolidation and review of regional commercial forecasts, ensuring consistency and reliability of assumptions
• Provide performance outlooks to support strategic planning and decisions
4) Data
• Contribute to the development of commercial dashboards and BI reporting tools
• Work closely in collaboration with Data and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy and KPI alignment
5) Strategic decisions support
• Support the Commercial Growth & Strategy Director and the Group Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in executive-level strategic decision making
• Act as a transversal partner to Commercial, Revenue Management, Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, Loyalty teams, at global and local level

• 6–8+ years of experience in hospitality, commercial strategy, revenue management, business analytics, or market intelligence
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear strategic insights and recommendations
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and advanced Excel/data analysis capabilities
• Good understanding of hospitality commercial drivers
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in a global and decentralized environment
