What We Expect From You
- Guest Services:
- Welcome guests on the phone and in person.
- Take reservations over the phone and for walk-ins.
- Listen to guests in case of a dispute.
- Safety & Teamwork:
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Front Desk Management:
- Build guest loyalty.
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy.
- Manage arrivals and departures.
- Handle billing and process payments.
- Keep guest contact information up to date.
- Verify daily arrivals and room assignments.
- Be responsible for your cash register.
What You Bring to the Role
- Experience: Prior experience in the hotel industry, preferably at the front desk.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a natural talent for customer service.
- Autonomy & Adaptability: The ability to work independently and manage unforeseen situations.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in foreign languages, especially English.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Lean principles.
