Your job description

>

As the guarantor of B&B service to our customers, the Front Office Manager is responsible for welcoming and advising customers throughout their stay.

  • Ensuring an optimal stay for customers, from arrival to departure.
  • Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any disputes in a professional manner.
  • Assessing and maintaining service quality at a high level.
  • Implementing action plans to improve service quality.
  • Ensuring the security of sales and efficient management of invoicing and  collections.
  • Coordinating with the hotel’s various departments.
  • Helping to draw up, develop and apply reception procedures.
  • Leading, motivating and supervising reception teams.
  • Train and develop staff skills.
  • Manage and monitor budgets and performance indicators
  • Guaranteeing the management and monitoring of allotments
  • Use tools to check reservations and optimise sales (Extranet, Channel Manager, PMS)
  • Applies and ensures the application of the hotel’s safety rules (fire, patrols…)

Your background

>

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent management and communication skills.

Your technical skills

>

  • Fluency in English essential.
  • Knowledge of PMS Opera software.

Your soft skills

>

  • Strong sense of customer care and satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership, people skills, team spirit, creativity and adaptability.
