Your job description

🎯 Your main mission

Promote and strengthen the Group’s Quality culture across our hotel network.
Your goal: support our hoteliers in the field, boost customer satisfaction (CSAT), and ensure compliance with B&B HOTELS’ operational standards.

💼 Your key responsibilities

  • Provide on-site Quality coaching to around 100 hoteliers per year
  • Analyze CSAT data and guest feedback to guide action plans
  • Identify and prioritize improvement areas in collaboration with Network Directors and support teams
  • Lead optimization and continuous improvement projects across the network
  • Ensure compliance with Group Quality standards and procedures
  • Support new hotel openings by implementing B&B HOTELS’ Quality standards

🚗 Frequent travel required across the B&B HOTELS network (France and neighboring countries).

Your background

Your profile

  • Former Hotel General Manager with 5–8 years of operational experience
  • Degree in Hospitality Management
  • Strong command of B&B HOTELS tools (PMS, BI, TrustYou)
  • Solid understanding of P&L (sales and costs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
