For the next openings planned in the Northern Italy area (Region Piemonte), we are looking for Mandate Managers (both singles and couples) interested in managing one of our Hotel by opening their own company.

Role
The Partner (Mandate manager) is a key figure in the company, responsible for the operational, economic and strategic management of the hotel. With a strong customer and results orientation, he or she leads the team toward achieving goals, ensuring adherence to brand standards & values and fostering a positive, dynamic and growth-oriented work environment.
Main Activities
• Operational management of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Assuring a warm welcome and the best customer experience to our guests.
• Developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
• Manages room pricing on a day-to-day basis, constantly monitoring competitors and occupancy rate.
• Proactively implements sales actions to expand business opportunities.
• Controlling the budget and operating costs to optimize the profitability of the Hotel business.
• Collaboration with HQ departments to align with corporate strategies.
• Recruiting, training and evaluation of own staff in line with the values.
• Coordination and supervision of own staff to ensure an efficient and motivating work environment.
• Selection and performance monitoring of cleaning and laundry providers.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and brand quality standards.
• Monitoring & Management of customer complaints and needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or related degree in tourism, business or management (preferred)
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry in management responsibility roles.
• Alternatively, background from structured Retail or F&B sectors with strong customer and operational management orientation.

• Hospitality business management skills
• Experience and knowledge in Revenue Management & Front office
• Ability to analyze the local market and develop effective Sales strategies to maximize the revenue.
• Familiarity with management software for budgeting, front/back office.
• Propensity to use digital technologies and IT tools.
• Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
