Reporting to the Reception and Reservations Manager, they are responsible for ensuring the proper processing of individual reservations.
Your background

– A keen sense of hospitality and customer service
– Comfortable with telephone communication
– Proficiency in office tools and hotel software
– Knowledge of online booking tools and GDS
– Good knowledge of the establishment’s environment and related possibilities
– Fluent in English, preferably another language
