Handle specific tasks in guest rooms (stain removal from carpets, pillow replacement, remote control checks, etc.).
Respond to guest requests for in-room service.
Communicate and coordinate with other departments.
Guarantee optimal service quality.
When needed: prepare carts with clean linen, restock linen closets, check linen inventory, etc.
