Your job description

>

Your tasks:

  • Ensure the administrative follow-up and coordination of client files: management of quotes and contracts, invoicing and archiving, updating the client database.
  • Be the privileged interface between clients and sales representatives: manage incoming requests and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Contribute to the preparation of materials for sales meetings and events (trade shows, etc.).
  • Generate reports.

Your background

>

  • Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality sector would be a plus.
  • Bac +2/3 (2-3 years of college) in business, tourism, or management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in French and English.

Your technical skills

>

  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM, and tracking tools.

Your soft skills

>

  • Autonomy, efficient organization, priority management, and responsiveness.
  • Sense of service and ability to respond effectively to the needs of clients and the team.
