Your job description

>

Your tasks :

 

  • Develop and execute a commercial action plan aligned with the company’s strategy.
  • Prospect and develop new partnerships with players in the leisure sector (event agencies, tour operators, etc.).
  • Build tailor-made commercial proposals, adapted to the specific needs of each partner.
  • Negotiate and formalize commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with financial objectives.
  • Ensure the follow-up and implementation of agreements, in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Prepare field visits and evaluate partner performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate bookings and services related to the agreements concluded.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and analyze the performance of commercial activities in order to adjust actions accordingly.

Your background

>

  • Mastery of prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Knowledge of the leisure and hospitality sector.
  • Significant experience (2 to 5 years minimum) as a salesperson or partnership manager, ideally in the leisure or hospitality sectors with expertise in B2B account management and/or new partnership development.
  • Degree in commerce, marketing, or hospitality (Bachelor’s degree minimum).
