· Ensure the cleanliness of indoor and outdoor common areas used by employees and customers (toilets, changing rooms, lobby, rubbish bins, furniture, etc.)

· Carry out tasks in rooms (cleaning carpets, pillows, remote controls, etc.)

· Carry out tasks in rooms in response to customer requests

· Communicate with other departments

· Ensure optimum service quality

· If necessary: prepare clean linen trolleys, replenish linen supplies, check linen stocks, etc.

– Carrying heavy loads

– Fluency in French
